Leksie I think I figured out some issues on your food consumption that's causing your weight loss to slow down. Your daily protein is too low. You should try to get a minimum of 1g protein per kg bodyweight but if you exercise you should get perhaps 1.5g protein per kg of bodyweight. Try to increase your current protein intake and see what happens.

I eat standard sizes meat portions, what do you suggest I do? Add eggs? I don't want to go overboard & get like protein shakes & stuff.

Do a bit of googling to see what high protein food you might be able to add to your day. Eggs is a good option due to them being cheap and easy. Protein shakes can give you about 20g protein per serving that you can drink so you don't feel as full as eating a chicken breast for the same amount of protein but if you love eating then add more high protein food :) Maybe snack on peanuts, add chia seeds with some cottage cheese or yoghurt, etc.
