@LowCarbFemmeFit... I think my whoosh is only gonna come next week after shark week.

My unofficial weight this morning is 77.3 kg, and I've been on that weight since the weekend. I am not losing hope though, because I know I'm loosing cm's with my CF classes.

CF Class:

A1 Bench Press

3 x 10 reps

A2 KB rows (10 each arm)

METCON:

5 rounds:

30 sec KB cleans
30 sec Burpees
30 V-sits

As women with hormones, shark week, crazy moods and the whole she-bang we just need to be gentle with ourselves. Fortunately shark week is boxed. Good job keeping up the crossfit!
