Urgh!! My stride has been broken... Got a stomach bug on Thursday night, so couldn't go to CF class on Friday, and I'm still feeling week, so couldn't go to class today either... Let's hope I feel better by Wednesday!

Thanx, I am feeling better, but I hate that my stride has been broken... It's sooo easy to skip a gym class & say I'll go tomorrow...
