So I am back, have not recorded my eating over this weekend. It was bad though, birthday cake and drinks all weekend. Didn't get to do the 5 km due to the raining and got the flu as a result of the cold weather. Feel like crap today, but I need to get my head in the right place again. Going back to exercising today, only have a sore throat left from the flu and I am sure it will be gone soon. Also not weighing in this week... Hope you all have a happy week!
