I would just like to wish everyone a fabulous weekend! I'm holding thumbs, because I'm having family over on Sunday for my birthday on Monday. So I know I will be eating cake and other pastries. At least doing the park run on Saturday again, so hopefully it will balance out things a bit.

Food for thought:

Food is the most abused anxiety drug.
Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant.
