I’m taking a home made rehydrate and if I feel weak a broth of some sort, I keep my calories below 200 liquid’s only

@Vzed, I use 1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt in a liter of water, I squeeze 1/4 lemon juice into the water.
I have also used baking soda or potassium bicarbonate.
Apple cider vinegar is also a great alternative to lemon.

@capie2 I’ve done a few 5 day and 10 day fasts, in the past, this is my first attempt at a 40 day. the biggest challenge is a mental one. You need to be prepared for a few days of hunger. I am now on day 7 and food is no longer a issue. I feel good. Staying hydrated is important, and there is broth and some smoothies that will not kick you out of your fast….
There is a lot of information out there, but be sure to stay safe and research as much as possible. This is very important. I can send you some links for the info I use.
