My first time trying them this week, and they are really wow, I try to stay away from pasta and bread as it makes me bloat terribly. It is Simple Truth cauliflower noodles that I bought at Checkers Hyper, I think they were R29.99 for 250g. They are 47 cal per 100g. I will definitely be buying them again😁😋
