We finally moved into our new house in KZN and I am absolutely loving it. The scale seems to be in agreement too. For the first time in forever I am not counting calories at all and I have to be very honest it is so good for my metal health. I never realized just how much effort I was putting into it. I am still eating clean and do my best to get as much protein into each meal as possible. I am still drinking more than 3 liters of water a day and most days I have done 10000 steps before midday. I try to do at least a one hour walk on the beach or around our beautiful suburb with my boys and my Yorkie everyday. I am also blessed to have a garden full of fresh bananas and avos, and will be planting pawpaw, mango, guava and granadilla soon. I still love checking in on the app and seeing all the wonderful fatsecret family's progress. You are all amazing! Keep it up!!

😅Tears of joy🙏🏻, not sure what is making it work... But I have been on my meds for just over a month now, been eating my 1400 cals a day with min 120g protein and min 2lts water a day, taking a bunch of vitamins, moving as much as possible, doing legs up the wall twice a day to remove stress, getting more sleep... So obviously I am doing something right😁

1387cals & 130g protein. Brekkie: chia pudding with pea protein & pomegranate. Snack: protein bar & dates. Lunch: ham, egg, avo, halloumi, cucumber, tomato & green pepper. Dinner: salad with biltong, spinach, cucumber, tomato, feta, mixed, seeds & carrot😋

1355cals & 156g protein. Brekkie: pea protein pancakes with yoghurt, banana & cinnamon. Snack: protein bar & dates. Lunch: egg & tuna with cheese, cucumber, cherry tomatoes & green pepper. Dinner: yoghurt, cream cheese, milk, pea protein & pomegranate😁😋

💔💔💔😭been on my new thyroid meds for more than 2 weeks now, eating less than 1400 cals a day, upped my protein, lowered my carbs, been walking everyday, drinking more than 2l of water everyday, just don't know what more to try. I am taking every supplement I can to aid with my hormones, middle age and perimenopause are just not playing fair.... I can't give up now., I have come too far but nothing that I have learned or tried before is working at this stage... Any advice will be welcome😭💔
