I hope everyone is doing good. I want to share something. Last year during lock down I stopped smoking for 25 days, but then started again due to lots & lots of kak that happened. Anyway, I'm 12 days smoke free again. This time it's for real though. If you are serious about quitting the best thing you can do for yourself is to buy Allen Car's book "Easyway to stop smoking".
