so I saw someone here saying they jump rope I tried it 🥵🥵🥵my chest is on fire 🥵🥵🥵 I did 50skips x3 🥵🥵🥵 its possible to pass out from rope skipping 😬😬😬🥴🥴🥴 my gosh 🙆🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️I'm writing this sitting on the floor 🥴😬🥴😬🥴🥵🥵🥵😭😭

Skipping is amazing, so much fun and burns 25% more calories than running. I’m onto 1000 skips a day and I could barely do 100 without stopping at first. Keep going you can do it!!

Saw your post the other day and thought I’d give it a try. Did my 50 minute walk and then before I showered, thought lemme try.. I did 100 and now I’m dead 🙃 got me thinking tho. If I did a 100 each hour would it make a difference? I might try that today. 😐

Hahaha! You guys are the best. Made me legit laugh loudly. I love that we can laugh at trying to be better at different things! Skipping takes a while to get into, but once you’re into it, it’s a great addition to your usual workout. If it’s not your thing, that’s okay too🤷🏾‍♀️🌸

many moons ago, skipping helped me lose 8kg just after high school. Skipped as much as I could just before supper and got up to 1000 per day. Great exercise, but you need to ease into it. So strap up your boobs and start off 50 per day for the first week, work in 10 ekstra per day the following until your'e at 100. Do 100 a day for a week and the push it up with 50 per week. Have fun!

I love skipping so much but I can’t do more than 60 at a time, I’m not giving up though my goal is to get to a 100 by month end

accurate description of every attempt I've ever made at getting into skipping: skip skip tangle skip skip trip skip tangle skip tangle skip skip trip... makes coffee instead. well done to you guys! you have my admiration. maybe I'll take my rope out this week and try it again 😂😂
