Can you be so kind to break down the appr quantities - like the 350 cal

According to the app (rounded off) Can of tuna in water 120g = 140cal Half an avo = 160cal Half tablespoon nola mayo = 40cal Salad stuff with a few mini corns 20cal ish... But I don't really fuss too much with counting specific items in my salad because I'm not on a low carb programme.
