So glad my weight is going back to where it was. Shark week is in full swing & all the water I retained is gone. Despite the fact that I had three meals yesterday (normally I only eat once a day), my unofficial weight this morning is 76.6 kg

Congrats, this week I am staying away from the scale.. not going near it.. to scared if it is shark week :(

Hahaha.... I tell myself every time I'm gonna stay away, but then when I look, I've been on the scale. Luckily, I know why & accept the fluctuations, so it doesn't make me negative anymore. Good luck to you.

Well done.. you so lucky, since I have been doing weight training my weight is up and down it is driving me absolutely nuts... I'm sure you going to have a nice drop this week... Keep up the good work...

Kimmy321, just remember your measurements... When doing weight training it is better to keep track of that, instead of weight.

That's what my personal trainer said as well so he took my measurements before we started.
