Weight is a disaster this week...

Cross fit class today:

Strength/Skill:

Back Squats

I built up my reps to 26 kg of which I did 6 reps.

(A lot better than last week. I felt stronger. It was 4 kg more than last week)

WOD: Team of 3

15 minutes

Each partner did 15 m Sled push
