I didn't get on the scale this morning, BUT.... I did do my measurements on Saturday morning!
I lost 1 cm from my butt, 3 cm off my tummy, 1 cm off my neck, 0.5 cm off my thighs... Now that is what I call #MOTIVATION!

I am so encouraged by your achievement, I don’t feel like I have been doing so well, even though I am exercising more, I felt very distracted and not in control of my eating and the scale is telling a negative story, which I’m not sure what to make of it, but after reading your post, I am encouraged, and even more motivated... thank you for sharing and well done!!!
