I'm finding it difficult to reach 1000 calories lately... And my aim is to eat at least 1500 a day... I feel like I should start eating bread or pasta or something that has loads of calories just to meet the target 😅 I've read that eating too little will eventually slow down the metabolism and your body will go into starvation mode /plateau... Any advice???

Your metabolism will slow down eventually and you will hit a Plato. You have to have carbs , don’t be scared of them 😊

I've also been trying to increase my food intake as I feel I wasn't eating enough and was scared it would affect my body negatively.I think fats have more calaries as opposed to carbs. I personally prefer to up my calories with some avo or nut butter, as I need less of it than I would with carbs. Also, I don't very well on carbs, but everyone is different.

You can also add some nuts, or even peanuts.
