Is set weight a thing? Or is it a myth, because I’ve been stuck on the same weight since January and I don’t know if i just reached my set weight. I would love to lose some more, any tips?

your body is probably on plateau mode, which means you need to change what you doing. you're also very close to your goal weight and weight loss does slow down. what's your workout routine?

If you aren't already doing some cardio, you could try adding some cardio. Even walking is good.

I have a very low impact on my knees workout because i had surgery on my knees a few months ago so I can’t realy do intense cardio as much as n want to

Why don't you try weightlifting? Just don't do anything that would hurt your knee. It helps you gain muscle which helps with weightloss. I have a back injury but I have found that it helps me to loose weight in the long run. But remember you might gain in the beginning because muscle weighs more than fat..

If you want to lose weight you might want to consider putting yourself into a caloric deficit. Works wonders. ✨

I think losing weight the natural and sustainable way is best. Rather see a professional if it's a major concern for you otherwise, be patient with your body. Get enough sleep, don't stress, avoid sugary foods exercise smart.

Maybe your body is retaining a lot of excess water,try some water tablets.

Do you track your sugar intake on the app as well? Try to keep it to 25-30g max a day, and be wary of foods that don't have it listed. I had the same issue until I cut out the sweet stuff 😊

I just had the same problem...just push yourself a little harder with excercise. also remember muscle weighs more than fat so try checking cm instead of weight for a week or so

lie in bed and do leg lifts. its a good easy excercise

Thank you very much for all the suggestions, i will check and see what helps and let you know. I am very addicted to my coffee and chocolate so that might be a big problem

But my sister you must be honest about what you eat, especially to yourself. You made us run around like the cells in your liver so busy trying to save you from all the glucose now it has no time to burn fat. Leave the chocolate.
