I am over eating and I haven’t weighed myself in a long while because i know I’m going to be heavier and i feel so chubby and fat all the time and i hate the way i look and i just want to stop eating junk and eat normal, healthy food but it is hard and i hate what i see when i look in the mirror.
Hope everyone is having a better day than me😔

That's why I do keto. No sugar. No bread, pasta or rice. The more junk food you eat, especially sweet stuff the more cravings you get. I have 2 healthy meals a day and don't have any cravings.

Keep your head up, girl. I have to remind myself every day that my body won't change overnight. Progress & change is a result of consistency and patience. Don't be too hard on yourself. You may feel alone, but there are so so many girls, including me, going through the same thing. It's okay to get discouraged & mess up sometimes, but don't let that define your journey, who your are or the decisions you make tomorrow.

I still feel like that because I am not use to be so fat and uncomfortable. I've decided to make peace with the fact I let myself go and that I am doing something now. Beating yourself up isn't going to help. When you start seeing results that's when you are going to feel good and be more motivated.

I’m feeling exactly the same 😕 but we must just keep at it and soon we will reap the rewards💪🏼

I feel the same so often! I think I'm going on well and then I look in the mirror and just think, "Nope, you look horrible." I completely agree with meg, hard work does create rewards! We need to keep in mind that it's a lifestyle we're creating.

I remember feeling like about a month and a half ago. Losing weight is one of the most difficult things in this world. But I realized that if I don't do anything its gonna keep adding. So I started to make a few changes...started drinking more water, adding more veg to my meals, snack on fruits instead of chips and even joined the gym on the 2 July 2018. For the first 3 weeks all was going well I lost 3.5kg and after that my weight went up then down then up again its like a yoyo...but I told myself that I don't want to pick up that 3.5kg again. I started with a weight of 79.9kgs this morning I'm at 71.2kgs. So my advice to you ...You don't have to do it all at once start making little changes where you can. Remember its gonna take time so be patient with yourself. Wish you the best of luck.

I eat like 900 calories per day but my weight goes no where, just keeps going up slowly but surely, it's very dissapointing

Same with me Dahne, I eat under 1000 calories, under 100grams of carbs and hardly any sugar except what is in the food and my weight stays the same. I've even started walking to get a bit of exercise but I just keep telling myself that eventually your body will change for the better just keep at it :) so just keep at it Redgirl we are all in the same boat with you xx

If you eat to little calories your body runs in starvation mode even if it is healthy food so you won't burn weight your body stores everything it gets it's grips on

I have been working out for the last 6 weeks, every day. I have cut down on alcohol, sugar and starch - and I have lost only 1kg. I know what you are going through, I feel the same. Chin up, we take it one day at a time. xxxx

you and me both hey... every clothing item I wear, I feel giggly and ugly. It's so so difficult to not eat junk during work. now what I'm trying .. is every time I want to binge I log in here and see what everyone else is eating... I try drink a glass of water and remind myself if these guys can do it... we can at least try buy an orange rather than a junk food snack. I don't know. it's so difficult to motivate oneself for oneself when life is stressful and food is a nice treat. still trying to find the answer. but for now... I feel horrible so I'm avoiding the scale and just doing my best to postpone the junk for the weekend. let's hope we don't break down. It feels like torture the weight just seems to stick.

You need to start loving your body and talking positively about it. Instead of saying I can't and it's so difficult and it almost impossible start to positively reinforce your mind worth word like I WILL, NOTHING CAN STOP ME and NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. Love your body where it's at now because it is here where it your body showed you what you don't want and aren't comfortable with. In other words love your body for guiding you towards what you want. Most of the battle is fought in the mind! Try to focus on the part of your body that is beautifully and while you work on what is wrong keep in focusing on what is right!! I have found that to prepare my food for the next day have cut down all wrong snacking and bindgeing. The night before I pack 'n small cooler with my breakfast, lunch and healthy snack, so there is no guessing. Keep at it and don't beat yourself up. Your an amazing soul inside, see that and I promise the exterior will follow to Match... ❤️
