Dinner: 700 Cals 💚
Yellowfin Tuna, baked potatoes with butter, sugar snap peas, Avo salad with tomato, cucumber, chilli & fresh Lemon.

Unconventional Sunday Dinner - Lunch was later than usual keeping me full till late. I also indulged a bit on 5 rusks, biltong and plenty of dark chocolate. 💚

Dinner: 900 Cals
Wors was 500 calories on its own! Oh well…. High carb dinner because today was a VERY active busy day at gym and work. Only managed to get in 500 Cals for lunch and will likely have 2 blocks of 90% dark chocolate this eve. 💚
