Kept dinner light, had a lot of carb related munchies throughout the day.
130g of Buttery chicken fillet, 1/2 Avo, Sugar snap peas cut up, Red spring onion, watercress, fresh coriander & Kalamata olives. With a home made dressing. 💚

Thai green curry broth with veg, leftover shredded chicken breast, sugar snap peas, exotic mushrooms, Soy sauce, fresh coriander & Shiitaki Noodles (plantlove brand from woolies) … loads of flavour! 💚
