Lunch today 288 calories, I haven’t had rollmops for such a long time, really delicious!

Ostrich steak with salads, barley and herb salad and Asian slaw, was so delicious, not sure of the actual calories as was a bit thrown together but I think around 450, not too stressed as I did a 5k run this afternoon!
