Hi Gillp19, I clicked on your post, then below it shows whatever you put into your food diary for the day (and I thank you, so many people don't use theirs), then I clicked on the word 'more' in blue and it takes me to your food diary. You put in 'Ostrich Bolognese' and I clicked on that, then it showed me your recipe entry 😃 Hope this helps 😊 I am looking forward to making it, right now I'm trying to juggle protein, fat, and carbs while keeping sodium very low and calories very low. This recipe went onto my fridge to make after I figure out how to restart my weight loss. It looks ssooooo goood 😋

I didn't know you could click on people's post and it takes you to their food journal. Please can you explain how to do it? It won't open for me.

@Lookingtogetlean & @Felleng, I use the 'free' version. Just follow the instructions above that I wrote for Gillp19. If the member has entries in their food diary it will show up. Not everyone uses the food diary, it's too bad because it is a great tool. Good Luck to you :-)

@livinbreezy I am also on the free version but it definitely doesn't have those options. I just see the pic when I click on the post. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Lookingtogetlean, I see what you mean. On the app/cell version it doesn't seem to have that option. Log onto the web Fatsecret.com from a computer/laptop and you'll see that tool. Hope this helps. :-)
