I have become a breakfast eater again! Means my meals are much more balanced for the rest of the day.... because I am not calorie deficient come lunch time. A bit less snacking at night too.

Losing 7 kg a Week

From 70kg (or was it 71kg?) to 68.1 kg - a great result for a week of trying hard but allowing myself some rice pudding and dark chocolate. Got to keep it real! Aiming for 1500 calories a day, but achieving around 1800. Will keep my goal at 1500, otherwise I will easily hit 2000 a day knowing myself! Feeling great in my body, and starting to think that 66kg will be just fine, vs my 65kg target. Let me see how I feel when I get there. All up, so happy to be back on track and happy in my clothes.

Losing 2.6 kg a Week

Had a late lunch and just kept on eating! Crackers with cheese, toast with honey, dark chocolate and a peanut butter smoothy... all in my snack log! I think because it was Saturday and I had been "good" most of the week. Felt like I deserved it!

My learning... I was eating too many pastries and big portions at meal times before - the weight gain should not have been a surprise. Healthy eating with a reduced calorie intake over the last three days has resulted in a slow weight drop. Remember this for next time! Eating pastries is not for free!!!
