Remember the discussion about ups and downs on the scale? Up but I did have to take ibuprofen last night and it does me wrong. Always a trade-off--get some pain relief and sleep or toss and turn trying to find a way to lie that works. Whine, moan, grouse...could be worse. Has been many times and I'm grateful for so MANY things.

FBS 112 after 17-hr fast. Lost some water weight apparently--finally. Egg (yuck) and tofu with little green onion for brunch.

FBA at 15.5 hrs fasting is 67. Ha-ha, maybe I should eat ice cream every evening or not. Slow and steady is where it's at for me at this calendar age and trying to build back muscle mass rather than to lose any more.
