Well, this is frustrating. I made a blender full of green smothie, added all the stats into my personal favorite foods list under Green Smoothie 2 but now I can't log the volume of what I actually consumed (not the whole jug!). So, it looks like I ate more than I did but I'll let it stand as is cuz I'm not spending any more time on it.

FBS 107. Dawn Syndrome is resolving. 134/70, 72--after up/down stairs, handling dogs and cleaning up a gut-disturbed large dog's problem. Will recheck during the day, as I may need to drop dose of BP med. I've never been on a high dose and used to have very low BP...lowest-ever 60/40 but then I was in septic shock. O_O

Almost-fasting BS today was 111. I had taken three swig...sips of protein coffee drink before I remembered to do the FBS. Reminder to take my brain-assisting supplement ;-). Sourdough mini-muffin coming up. Can't face eggs yet today. Might make Mexican Eggd for lunch or dinner just to get the clean protein in. Could substitute some of my home canned sweet chili sauce (with a good dash of L'sana hot sauce for the topping. Don't like extremely hot spice but enjoy a warm one flavor.Maybe some of my olde French ancestry is coming in sorta-Cajun? My British Isles ancestors were all other European ethnicities before migrating to Scotland, Ireland, England, and Wales from Scandanavian countries and as far East as the edge of Mongolia...documented back to the 5th Century, 460-something. No wonder my interests and food choices are so weird.

FBS 112. Off to the doctor to drop my small bomb on her.
She's happy, excited to see and hear what's up. Definitely on board with the way I'm doing this and with my decision on the meds I will not take. She, too, thinks listening to our own bodies and responses to heal with nutrition and lifestyle beats pharmaceuticals if it's working for us individually. She highly approved my choice of supplements. But then, I sorta knew she would!

FBS 112. Loaf of sourdough is proofing, soon to be baked. This is my third attempt after trying other methods and starter mixes. This dough felt very much more alive than previous but it also has a higher degree of white flour than the previous ones. Note to self: Don't attempt rye or graham-flour bread as a total novice. Unbleached APF or maybe unbleached bread flour (King Arthur). Boiled a batch of (yuck) eggs but will turn the rest of them into something to disguise the texture, smell, and flavor...deviled, egg salad, etc. Must make a batch of avocado oil mayo for this.
Bread fail again and now I know the problem is in the proofing.
gonna make or buy ($$$) a proofing boc because sourdough will be a permanent part of my food plan.
NOTE: 'Plain' waffle is always sourdough from one of my discards as I learn to correctly proof dough. I added chia and flax seeds to this small batch of batter and it was great! Updating my Poor Man's Cannoli recipe to a #2 to be more accurate. Nice light dinner along with a hi pro drink.
