1378 cals & 123g protein today, Oats with pea protein, mixed seeds, milk & melon for brekkie. Spinach, bacon & cheese omelette with cucumber & tomato for lunch. Roast beef, avo, egg, cheese, tomato & cucumber for dinner😁😋

1390 cals & 141g protein today, Choc protein pancakes with yoghurt & chia seeds & prickly pear. Egg fried caulirice with bacon, chickpeas, kale, spinach, tomato, carrot, cheese & jalapeno. Apple with yoghurt, protein powder, chia seeds & nut butter😁😋

Got my blood test results back and my thyroid is not working at all, my hormones are extremely low, as well as my iron levels, so starting new meds tomorrow and hopefully this will get my metabolosm working again,,,
