Finally at 94! That's my 30 kgs down marker! Feeling chuffed. I haven't been posting or weighing in a lot but I've been really good with recording what I eat. Working on making health a habit. Have a lovely weekend everyone! :)

well done sugarfox 😊 may I ask how long did it take to lose 30kg? I started a month ago, and want to lose 20kg. would like to know is 10 months from now realistic?

@gaffoor A long time!! I've been working hard on and off since September 2014! I probably could have lost it faster but I worked on losing it in chunks and sometimes I fell off the wagon and put as many as 10kgs back on again before I got back on track. If you want to lose 20 kgs I think you could lose it in 10 months but its going to be really hard and you'll have to be dedicated. Realistically its 2kgs off per month. You can do it! :D

thanks sugarfox 😊. it's been an up and down battle for me too😔but 2017 is it for me.had my 5th baby in nov 2016. this is the year I reach my goal weight.💪
