So today is Monday and I am no more weighing on a Monday. But I feel I need to weigh twice a week. So from now on it will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Weigh yourself everyday if you like but only take your Thursday weight as your official weight and compare it to next Thursday's weight. All other weigh-ins are just for curiosity and observation :) You will drive yourself insane because our bodies will fluctuate in weight during the week.
