I DID IT!!!!

Strength:

A. 6 x 6 DB Floor Press (I used 7.5 kg dumbbells)

B. ME x KB Rows (10 kg)

METCON:

4 Rounds (12 minute cap)

18/9 push-ups

15 wall balls (unbroken)

12 dead lifts (15 kg)

I'm already feeling the muscles in my thighs, tomorrow I'm gonna k@k!But I'm glad!!!
