Yess!! I did it again!

Skill:

1 x 3 Cleans (Power, Hang, Deck)

Work up to a challenging weight, minimum 5 sets.

I got to 25 kg.

METCON: 4 Rounds (12 minute cap)

400 m run
40 Double unders (80 singles if you can't do DU's)
I only got to 3 rounds... The running always gets me down!!

I also got some very exciting news today!!! I'm getting a new car!
