Kept eating to a minimum over the weekend, had a 24 hour fast from Saturday night until Sunday afternoon, and according to the scale, that counteracted the bad eating from Friday & Saturday. Makes me a very happy chappy!!!
Our company owner passed away Friday, so moods are running low at work today! I skipped CF class today, but will be back on track tomorrow.
