CF class today:
800 m run for warm up
then: 20 sec mountain climbers, 20 sec rest 20 sec bicycles 20 sec rest 20 sec burpees, 20 sec rest
4 rounds:
200 m run 25 shoulder to overhead (right arm) 200 m run 25 shoulder to overhead (left arm)
For shoulder to overhead do either strict press, push press or push jerk.
I did all 3 techniques, as my arms got tired. When that happens the push press & jerk can really be helpful.
