I still can't believe how easy this "not eating lunch" fasting is. Since last week Wednesday, I have not had lunch, except for Saturday & Sunday... Thursday's weigh in should be a real surprise!!!

CF class today:

8 Rounds:

20 sec Battle ropes, 20 sec rest
20 sec Rowing, 20 sec rest
20 sec Sledgies (Sledge hammer hits), 20 sec rest

Then, 8 rounds again (mid line section)

20 sec hollow holds, 20 sec rest
20 sec bicycles, 20 sec rest
20 sec hand-to-feet lifts, 20 sec rest

I thought my ab muscles were going to break!!! They will be stiff tomorrow, that's for sure!!!

LOL... Cool, I guess!! I'm so motivated, I've actually noticed, like last night for instance, that even though I cooked food, I wasn't all that hungry, so if I had to go without dinner, I would've been able to do it. I'm sure one of these days I will jump THAT mental hurdle as well. Thanx for the support!!!

You are following exactly the same path that I followed. Push the boundary a little further every week and eventually you look back and see such a huge accomplishment. You are basically remapping and reprogramming your body and mind's consumption patterns. It's truely amazing because you would never have thought its possible to do it months ago :)

Yeah, I remember. I was like NO WAY, I get HANGRY, but now I know it's all in the mind!! :-)

Leksie is this 16:8 or 5:2 you following ? I'm trying the 16:8 day 4 today was so surprised yesterday I only had my lunch I felt soooo full other days when i eat in the morning im so hungry by lunch time then lunch feels like to little food . today a little hard, death in family and because I eat when I'm sad , i really want to just eat , but I'm still strong only had coffee and water this morning.

Sorry for your loss... This would be 16:8 IF, but I skip lunch and only have dinner.... which I never thought I'd be able to do, and yet here I am... I have 2 - 3 cups of coffee, 1 cup green tea after 1pm and then only water there after, through the rest of the day. And so far it's been great... I'm also someone who really really loves to eat, which is why I'm so surprised at how easy this is for me.

this fasting thing seems to work for so many people... wish i could do it! well done, keep it up

Tanya you can do it. It takes time to adapt to any fasting method. Most people fail many times in the beginning.

Yeah, I agree with BBO. I started by skipping breakfast, for almost 3 months.
