So far, so good. My head is back in the game!!! Went to crossfit again this morning!! Tomorrow is a rest day along with fasting. I'm going to keep this up for the next 3 weeks!!!!

@Saige18... 4 sets of 9 x BB Strict Press & 5 x DB Strict Press. And also AMRAP 4min (3 rounds), 6 KBS, 9 Push-ups & 15 Air Squats. The AMRAP I got 3 sets in the first 2 rounds, & the 3rd round I got through half of a 4th set. It was pretty invigorating!!

P.s: On the strict press I did 10 kg on the Barbell & 5 kg each on the Dumbbells.
