Finished my second triathlon today! Sprint distance - I did better on the bike and run. I'm very happy about the run. It was hilly and I managed a decent pace (still can't get under 30 off the bike). I placed first in my age group! I'm also 8th overall on the Strava segment for the race course! I don't place in strava segments very often. 😁 friends were there again cheering us on and taking evidence. Gosh I love endurance sports! I did smack the top of my foot diving in the water, it was still too shallow when I tried. My ankle is sore now, I'm hoping some ice and TLC will make it good by Monday. I have a 10 miler in 5 weeks!

Congratulations! Buy some Australian Dream. Works well for sports and other related pain. Rite Aid usually carries it but you might have to go the Amazon route.
