Given the drop was due to my stomach hurting and I ate the whole kitchen once it felt better I'm totally okay with this. Back to tracking. Still feel like I'm not getting enough sleep. 8+ hours and I can barely force myself out of bed half the time. I hope something changes soon.

This is probably because I haven't been able to eat much because of my stomach.

First day I've actually been able to eat. My stomach has been bothering me since Sunday night. Today I'm still feeling nauseous occasionally but I managed to eat when my stomach was in a hungry mode. Hopefully the real food helps!

Finally seeing some movement. Still have a long run and long ride to do this weekend and next week is a recovery week. Looking forward to being able to sleep in!

At least we went down this week but scale says fat percentage is back up so now I'm doubting if the scale is even consistent enough (maybe not accurate, but consistency would be more important) for me to track trends there. I do need to measure myself again, been over a month.

This week is a 10.5 hr week, next week will be a 12 hour week - almost 6.5 hours on the bike alone! I'm liking the training but I find I'm starving all the time. I think it's more about when I eat rather than what, because my protein and fiber is pretty high. I'll figure it out eventually!
