I had my physical today. At the dr office I weighed 137 and some change (clothes add on that few extra from my naked weight). When the dr came in, she did she was proud of my, and showed me my weight history. I lost 20 lbs since my last physical. She also said that before my BMI was in the overweight category, but now in a healthy range. While all of this is information I knew, it's still nice to hear the dr say it. In the past I've had doctors who would call out my BMI, but no word or anything when I got back to "normal".

Come January, I'll try to boost my protein a little and get more in shape. I'm hoping to hit a 10 mile run by the end of the year. This month is my highest since my injury, at 60+ miles. I can't wait until I'm back in the 100+ range 😎
