I would also love an alternative to nik naks! With that being said, generally when I want a salty snack I just get microwave popcorn 🍿 instead of chips. At least popcorn comes with extra protein and fiber.

Woolworths has something called Crispy Cheese Nibbles - it’s dehydrated Gouda and it’s delicious. There’s 1 carb in the 20g bag. Such a great savory snack that I highly recommend.

Check out Trigz. The entire bag is 109 calories and tastes like real chips. Also, a small packet of tomato Fritos is only 109 calories too

I also like the crispy cheese nibbles - they definitely come with similar calories to say nik naks, but low low carbs 👍

carrots and cucumbers diced to bite size makes an amazing tv snack. Add some humus to that, you'll never look for niknaks again.😅

If you have an airfryer you can toss a can of chickpeas in some olive oil, fresh rosemary and salt. Put it in for 7 mins at 180 degrees, shake and then another 5 mins. Don’t put it in a bag or tupperware because then it becomes soggy x

in my opinion. nothing beats nik naks. i have a suggestion. you will either love it or hate it. you should google kayle and nutritional yeast recipies. i haven't done it yet. but i love the taste of nutritional yeast. i will eats two or three spoons just like that.. i haven't counted the calories in it so i don't know if it's a good idea to do it like i do it

try popcorn sprinkled with nutritional yeast😜 crunchy 'cheesy' goodness... that being said, if you LOVE niknaks, why not incorporate 1 small packet per week into your daily calorie allowance? healthy eating shouldn't be a all or nothing situation.... #aDietitians2cents

Try clicks veggie chips, rice pops or you can eat your nicknaks in moderation. You don't have to cut the foods you love out!
