Wanderlustee's Journal, 23 May 21

The bottom line is this. I do not want to spend my 20's unsatisfied with myself because of my weight. I've been a slave to "my weight is who I am" for way too long. So that is why I choose to live life today without thinking about my weight everyday. Living my life in a way that teaches me to ask myself "is this a healthy choice?" , over "how many calories are in this, will it make me fat?".

I say yes to my life today. May we all get to a happy and healthy place and more importantly remain there.❤️

@Leila1993, Thank you. It's going to be a journey though, It still is. To not wake up in the morning and stand infront of the mirror analyzing my "problem" areas. I probably was at my most healthiest and fittest around last year November and everyone in my life could see it and I couldn't because I still saw the "problem" areas. I'm tired of that..so it's a lot of conscious thinking throughout my day. I want to live my 20's, unashamed, unafraid and unstoppable!

@Wanderlustee - We all have flaws; it's human. Instead of looking at your flaws in the mirror, rather notice your progress and your flattering areas🌸. It is a timous journey and actually a never ending one. At the end of the day, it's how you approach it and what you make of it. You can be where you were in the past and go wherever you want to in the future❤. Self love is essential. Nuture and feed your body from inside and out with healthy foods and thoughts.
