So I started on Monday. Trying to do the IF and Keto with calories below 1600. I have to say that the past 6 months I was having bread and chocolate rage... I am currently weighing more than I weighed while I was pregnant. Yesterday I ate a low carb breakfast and lunch. I managed to do IF for 18.5 hours. Good luck to everyone out there. I am going to try my best to loose a small person's weight...

I weighed 12kg more than you currently weigh this time 2019. with consistency and focus, it is totally possible and more than realistic to lose the weight and still live without feeling like you have to be a hermit. IF &calorie counting is a great combo 🥊👌🏼total game changer
