I try alternating days of low carbs and medium carbs on my medium carb days my workouts are abit more intense

@Caityes I try to stay low carb daily not always possible. I workout 5 days a week so sometimes I have more carbs from my veggies. My body just craves it.

@slimmingboshoff1 so I'm guessing you have between 1500 and 2000 calories daily? Its great if it works for you. Mine varies between1600 and 1800. If I have more than 1800 I seem to pick up slowly so I guess I need to stay at these ratios.

@Mariaan74 awesome! I love that I can eat all the fat and not get hungry for hours on end! Love my avo, butter and bacon! Butter makes your pants fall off hehe in terms of weightloss.

Generally, a variety of real whole Foods is what I aim for at least 80% of the time, the other 20% is more my dessert splurging and I do IF except on weekends and holidays.
I avoid drinking sugary drinks. Empty calories are a waste of space. I like to pick my battles. I usually stick to Water, black coffee & black teas 95% of the time.

I joined the Curves gym. And they have an eating plan for their curves complete members.. And wow.. It's AMAZING! it's healthy. Filling. They even have desserts. They give u the recipes. The amounts u must use. It's really really awesome

Oh and the plan allows certain take aways as well. But...the main thing we can't have on the take away menus are the French fries... And that makes my meal complete! Lol

Im trying out banting (low carb, moderate protein and high fat) with IF mixed into it. The fat makes me super full but once in a while I will eat whatever I lay my hands on, especially on weekends. I try not to have restrictions because then I easily go off the rail, moderation and control is key.

@listentoyourbody yes I agree with if I can make it I eat it! I love it. I've been doing alot of cardio lately and my body wants to snack every 2 hours so i have a high fat snack when I need. It feels good to be able to snack and eat my 2 meals daily now. Hehe enjoy the desserts. If you feel good and are happy and it benefits you then do it!
