Unofficial weight is 70.6kg. I am down from Monday but still up from my official weigh in last week Friday..

This is getting so annoying, eating healthy, fasting and going to gym 5 days a week and all I get is this "yoyo up, down" weight loss.

Oh well lets hope for a nice drop tomorrow...
