Saterday 5k parkrun done and dusted PB 31m28 (down run) Uprun PB stays at 31m50.

No loss for last week. Not sure why maybe too many digestive biscuits 🤗 will have to watch treats.

weekend workouts were tough but rewarding. PBest at 5k at Parkrun and hard 1000cal workout today. still feeling sore. no pain no gain.
sat 5k Parkrun 31:50 PB. felt strong on run. and
Sun 25m row 45m cycle.

week went fairly well. Able to do
5 x 30 min cycle
2 x weight training
only 1 x 4k jog 2nd replaced with 20min Row.
still over weekend 1 x 5k park run. 1000cal sunday Row/cycle workout.
Diet unchanged.
water intake slightly increased.

Need to prioritise weight training over cardio sessions. Must increase to three times weekly.
Sunday continues to be my 1000cal workout day by Rowing and cycling.
Jogging increase to 4k twice a week from 3k
Rowing only Sundays or when I can't run.
Feeling constantly sire and tired.
Went out for slow jig ended up beating previous time.
It's really tough losing those last 5kg's. Nothing worth achievement comes easy xx
