week went fairly well. Able to do
5 x 30 min cycle
2 x weight training
only 1 x 4k jog 2nd replaced with 20min Row.
still over weekend 1 x 5k park run. 1000cal sunday Row/cycle workout.
Diet unchanged.
water intake slightly increased.
