no weight training still suffering from pain in shoulder. No parkrun either.
losing those last few kg has been tough. dropped b4 weigh-in but added weight again at weigh-in.

5k Parkrun 31:14 PB (uprun)
upped my protein intake the week so not predicting any weight decrease come weigh in Monday.

increased rowing while I've been slack on running. Probably will suffer the weekends 5k parkrun.
