been a frustrating two weeks suffering from cramps and fever. Try my best to wash hands and minimal body contact but still picked up a bug. weeks training:
Monday Tuesday 37 and 40 min cycle back
Wednesday and Thursday home renovations
Friday and Saturday 25m Row 35/40 min cycle.
Sunday : weights

slight loss but I'm sure my woolies assorted and mom's peanut biscuits didn't help.
My stationery bike has been put to pasture so looking for a new bike today.

No parkrun today so went for 35 min run and ended with 20 min row machine

5 x 30 min cycle
1 x weights
3 x 35/37/39min jogging
1 x 20 min row
still to do b4 weigh-in 1000cal workout Sunday.
