Directions
- Chop the chicken. In a heated pan, pour the oil then add the chicken. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Add all the other ingredients except for the yoghurt and cilantro. Mix together and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add yoghurt then mix. Season as desired.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
