Butter Chicken

Delicious and low calorie chicken dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the chicken. In a heated pan, pour the oil then add the chicken. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add all the other ingredients except for the yoghurt and cilantro. Mix together and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add yoghurt then mix. Season as desired.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
