hey guys question now all of a sudden I'm losing weight fast started a 8-16 hour intimitten fast 3days ago I'm a kilo down still doing 1001cal a day and I gym daily 30 min to a hour is this good? I feel great no problems this far except for being stiff lol.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Welcome to the FAST side of life :) Yes this is good. The rate of loss will slow down eventually but just keep at it because weight alone does not give you an idea of how your body is losing its bodyfat. Consume a whey protein shake immediately after your gym session to help prevent the stiffness and recover sooner. Stay away from any protein shakes made with soy protein.
