GettingThinnerAndFitter's Journal, 10 Nov 17

So I managed 15 hours and 15 min with my intermittent fasting, so not too too shabby.
Also decided to try a fat burner again to kick start the metabolism, being old doesn't help things, and not being able to exercise quite as hard as I'd like also not! (Although diet could do with some tweaking, I don't think I'm doing too too bad on that front!)

Very very minimal changes in things over an entire week.............

Fat: 35.1 -> 34.9
Water: 44.1 -> 44.2
Muscle: 28.1 -> 28.1
96.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Those scales that measure fat percentage are very inaccurate. They work by sending an electrical signal through your feet and that signal is affected by the amount of water that's in your body. The best way to monitor body fat percentage is to use a fat caliper and watch youtube videos on how to use it. You did well for your intermittent fasting attempt. It only gets easier and better with time. Trust the science and just keep at it :)
