It's small, but I'm surprised I dropped at all...

Had a bad eating week, and going back to cross fit with stiff muscles the whole week!

CF class today:

DB Bench Hex

4 x 8 - 10, with at 3 sec tempo downwards.

Gorilla Row

4 x 10 on each arm

METCON:

4 Rounds

10 Wall balls
10 DB Front rack lunges
10 Box jumps

Have a super rad weekend everyone!!
77.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
