And I am back up again, but I think this might be muscle gain more than fat as I did more weight training than cardio last week.
58 kg Lost so far: 40.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

amazing progress! what kind of weight training do you do

It could also be water retention kimmy. Sore muscles hold onto water whilst they repair themselves.

Hafpaf I have a program that a personal trainer made for me. Alot of squats, lunges etc with barbells and dumbells and body weight. BBO I really hope it is water retention..
